| ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- | Notre Dame University Advances Automation Initiatives with Acquisition of E*Wizard and HR*Wizard Cotabato City, Mindanao, February 22, 2011 – Notre Dame University (NDU) announced recently that it has acquired E*Wizard School Management System and HR*Wizard Human Resource Information System from dB Wizards, a leading Microsoft Partner. This is the Schools’ response to the challenges that they have been experiencing on their school’s operations particularly on long queues during enrollment, difficulty in tracking collection of student enrollment fees, inaccurate forecasting of resources and timely generation of CHED-mandated reports. They also had difficulty in manually processing their employees’ payroll, monitoring and tracking of attendance and manual records keepings.
dB Wizards offers leading-edge technologies that will enable NDU to improve school management efficiency and productivity by incorporating features and functionalities that will facilitate easy access to information both on school and HR operations.
E*Wizard is the most comprehensive and integrated school management system available to school administrators, offering extensive reporting capabilities to better facilitate registration and other school management processes. HR*Wizard on the other hand is an end-to-end, web-based human resource information designed to manage the full talent management lifecycle of an employee.
“We chose E*Wizard and HR*Wizard because the products are flexible enough to meet the needs of our school now, while also being adaptable enough to meet our future needs,” said Father Tanud Tanud, School Administrator of NDU. “dB Wizards has been the only IT Solutions Provider that has given us complete roster of solutions for the Academe—from school management to HR—and we firmly believe that they will help us realize our goals in servicing our students better and improving our HR operations,” continued Father Tanudtanud.
Supporting over 5,000 students in Cotabato City, NDU has grown into an institution that services different levels of education (pre-elementary to graduate school).
