Opportunity for Service Desk Engineer

Open Position: 1 project-based position

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct first level support to the clients, customers and employees for system, network, hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Attend to all requests coming via telephone, emails, web or any other means and assist users to diagnose and resolve data communication problems as well as dealing with maintenance of the peripherals, such as printers.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • With at least 2 years of work experience in call center/helpdesk environment.
