- Conduct needs analyses and create training objectives.
- Plan and design training courses and programs.
- Develop and maintain content of training working closely with subject matter experts, process experts, managers and target audience members.
- Create facilitator and participant guides and materials.
- Deliver instructor-led classes to employees and clients.
- Collaborate with system administrators and facilities administrators on set-up of training environment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science preferred.
- One to two years teaching experience.
- Real-world experience applying your technical expertise.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (2003, 2007).
- Strong background in Microsoft Operating Systems (XP, Windows XP, Windows 2000 Server, Windows Server 2003, 2008).
- Microsoft Certified Professional or higher is a plus.
