A BIG Thank you to everyone who came to our 10th Anniversary party! The inspiring presence and messages from our valued partners, customers, employees and representatives from the community made it more memorable. This celebration is truly meant for all of you.
For our Anniversary we took on the theme "Partnerships at T.E.N. [Transform. Engage. Nurture]". At 10 years old, dB Wizards has achieved what other companies have yet to achieve in the delivery of solutions and competency in the different Microsoft technologies. During the event Tony Lasala, dB Wizards Managing Director and co-founder walked you down the dB Wizards memory lane and saw how we grew from a small company to a strong 130 employees and still growing. This accomplishment is a testament to the Company’s ability to deliver successful implementations in the latest and most advanced solutions in the market.
dB Wizards will not stop here, there is more to be accomplished in the next 10 years. Poch Reyes, dB Wizards Operations Director, showed a glimpse of what’s next to come with dB Wizards. Over the years the company has built a strong backbone of Frameworks, Experience, Assets and Tools through the different solutions we delivered in Learning and Business. This has lead to the creation of the Product Management Group which will drive the creation and offerings of solutions and implementation services.
dB Wizards vision for the coming years is to further transform the Company to be more focused on providing IP-based solutions like HR*Wizard, to develop and development of Products and Tools for rapid implementation, to enhance our client engagement and set standards on client engagement through our Client Care Program to set standards for customer value and provide more value to the services we offer; and to continue to nurture the interests our customers in a more collaborative approach (Service One, Community Building, etc.).
In our undertakings, dB Wizards would not be able to make these developments without the support of our principal partners, Microsoft and K2. They have been an integral part of our growth and have greatly influenced our future directions.
Once again, thank you for the 10 wonderful years. It is your unending support that fuels our drive for excellence and we hope to keep our relationship stronger at that.
