1999 – 2009:
Experiences and learning have allowed us to build, innovate and transform our company from a Microsoft training center to a business solutions Gold Certified Partner of Microsoft on 8 competencies. Over the years, dB Wizards has grown and adjusted in the same pace as its market. Our flexibility on management coupled with our agility in adapting new technologies have paved the way for a wide range of expertise that we have slowly come to specialize in. These sets of mature skills have truly helped us in coming up with F.E.A.T.
F.E.A.T. For Innovation:
F.E.A.T. refers to Frameworks. Experiences. Assets. Tools. These are best practices which we have learned throughout the years and we hope to benefit our clients. Likewise, it shall also serve as guide for us in our innovation efforts. Through our Product Management Group (our internal “R&D”), dB Wizards hopes to give our clients more value on our service delivery by means of F.E.A.T. This encompasses various types of solutions, from MS Dynamics NAV, MS Dynamics CRM, Business Intelligence, Portals, Custom Application Development and Infrastructure. By far, we are currently marketing our two IP products, namely, HR*Wizard, a Human Resource Information System; and E*Wizard, a School Management System. The line-up intends to grow over the future.
Roadmap Into The Future:
2009 is the year of innovation at dB Wizards as we go full blast on our next drive. Several products, as well as programs are in store for all our clients.
For Learning Solutions, we are taking a step further with our offerings through the Office Jumpstart Program. This is the answer to various requests of offering a jumpstart course on Microsoft Office for basic users who just need quick training to enhance their productivity. Learning Framework for IT or Learning FIT is dB Wizards’ program for the academe that allows students to become Microsoft Certified Professionals (MCPs) when they graduate, thus differentiating themselves when they look for a job. The Learning Solutions Forums (now, officially, “Learning Solutions Corner”) is a portal for existing students to ask questions from our experts, check out the latest, and learn from each other through a community building. This aims to provide continuous learning experience to our students during and after classroom training.
For Business Solutions, we continue to find ways and means to improve our service delivery. A number of products and solutions are set to be released. HR*Wizard, our Human Resources Information System, achieves its next level by means of a more improved version 2. Company Portal, is a jumpstart package in order to help small and medium business get into the portal technology, without much investment. ServiceOne, is a relationship portal that tracks client-vendor activities. Lastly, soon, will be launching Inventory Management System for warehouse management and Customer Service Management System for customer relations handling. Improving further on our client engagement are programs such as Infrastructure Optimization Workshops and Wizards Client Care.
